At GR Printing Shop, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied. Because most of our products are custom-made and printed to order, certain restrictions apply to refunds and returns.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Most items purchased from GR Printing Shop are custom printed based on your specifications. For this reason:
Please ensure that all artwork, quantities, product selections, and order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once an order enters the printing or fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at grprintingshop@gmail.com with your order number.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we are happy to make it right.
Examples of issues we will resolve:
Printing errors that differ from the approved artwork
Incorrect quantities
Wrong product or size produced
Damaged items due to production issues

4. Customer-Provided Artwork Issues
We are not responsible for errors resulting from:
Low‑resolution artwork provided by the customer
Spelling or grammatical errors in customer-submitted designs
Design mistakes approved by the customer
Color variations due to monitor or screen differences
We print exactly what the customer approves. Please review your proofs carefully.
5. Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to:
Individual monitor settings
Variations in ink, materials, and machines
Such variations are not considered defects, and refunds will not be issued for minor color differences.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is lost in transit before delivery, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Reprints
When applicable, we offer reprints under these conditions:
Reprints are produced as quickly as possible but follow standard production times.
8. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only when:
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
9. Return Shipping
If we request that you return an item:
