Thank you for choosing GR Printing Shop. This Shipping & Turnarounds Policy explains how we process, produce, and ship orders placed through grprintingshop.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Production Turnaround Times

Turnaround time refers to the time required to produce your order after artwork approval and payment.

Standard Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on product type, order quantity, and seasonal demand. Typical production ranges:

  • Standard Print Products: 2–5 business days

  • Custom or Large Orders: 5–10 business days

  • Specialty Finishes / Custom Designs: Additional time may apply

We will notify you if extra processing time is required.

Artwork Approval

Production begins only after:

  • Artwork is approved (if applicable)

  • Payment has been completed

Delays in providing print-ready files or artwork approvals may impact your turnaround time.


2. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for select products.

  • Additional fees may apply.

  • Availability depends on print capacity and order complexity.

  • Rush orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on availability and customer preference, including:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Local Delivery (when available)

  • Pick-Up (if offered at our location)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method


4. Shipping Times

Shipping time refers to the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it leaves our facility.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are in addition to production turnaround times.

  • We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

  • Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may impact delivery.


5. Delivery and Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available).

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Monitor the tracking information.

  • Be available for delivery or pickup depending on the carrier policy.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Carrier delays or failures


6. Local Pick-Up (If Available)

If pick-up is offered, customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be discarded unless other arrangements are made.


7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we may require:

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.


8. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties or taxes

  • Any delays caused by customs processing


9. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at grprintingshop@gmail.com.

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the delivery address.
