Welcome to GR Printing Shop (“we,” “us,” “our,” “GR Printing Shop”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, grprintingshop.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

4. Shipping, Turnaround, and Delivery

Our Shipping & Turnarounds policy (which you can find on a separate page on our site) is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Refunds & Returns policy (on its own page) is also incorporated herein by reference. Please review that policy carefully for details about your rights and obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership. All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GR Printing Shop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GR Printing Shop and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or data, arising out of your access to or use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  3. Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the products giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GR Printing Shop, its owners (including Jose Hernandez), officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your User Submissions

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which GR Printing Shop operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action in the courts located in the jurisdiction of GR Printing Shop’s principal place of business.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability & Waiver

  1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

  2. Waiver. No waiver by us of any term or condition under these Terms will be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term.
