Perforated Adhesive Vinyl

We have available for you the Perforated Adhesive Vinyl, ideal to give a special touch to the windows or glass walls of your store or company. It has a structure composed of 60% printing and 40% micro-perforations.

This perforated structure is one of the distinctive features of this product, because when you attach it to the window of your business, customers can see a vibrant design, but from inside you can see what is happening outside your store. 

Thanks to this privacy effect, it is common to see Perforated Adhesive Vinyl on glass walls and windows in offices, hospitals, hotels and even airports.

Its maintenance is very simple and it is also water resistant, so it will last for a long time, you should only avoid corrosive substances that can reduce its useful life. 

• Perforated adhesive vinyl is composed of an area of micro-perforations (40%) and a printing area (60%).

• It has a resolution of 1400 x 720.

• You can print it on one side.

• The maximum printing size is 58" x 150'.

Here are some recommendations for you to configure any document before sending it:

• Color mode: We only print designs in CMYK.

• Bleed/Crop Marks: No bleed or crop marks are necessary.

• Format: JPG and PDF, with single page extension. 

• DPI: We recommend a resolution between 72 and 150 dpi. In case your design contains small elements, we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi. Using 300 dpi on all designs will not improve print quality, it will only slow down the workload and production.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:

You must comply with the following points in order to send your purchase order.

1. Verify that all the files are in order before sending it, if you have any doubt, you can check the File Set Up section.

2. Before proceeding with the printing, we will send you a Proof so that you can confirm that everything is as you want. 

3. After verifying that the payment is in order, we will start the printing process.
DELIVERY TIME
We will ship your order the same day or the next business day. To receive it on time, you must have met the above requirements and place the order BEFORE 3:00 pm PST.

SHIPPING COSTS
Oversized products will have an additional charge, set by the courier. Because of this we are unable to modify that amount.

PICK UP IN STORE
You will be able to pick up the order at the store, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm PST.
Upload your document one business day BEFORE 3 pm PST, and pick it up the next business day at 4:30 pm PST. PST. It may be ready early, so keep an eye on your mail.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY
If you want to receive your order immediately, select the Rash Order service, you will only have to pay an additional charge.

TRACKING AND TRACING 
Track your order through the QR code, you will be able to know where your order is at any time. 

HANDLING:
Handling instructions for banners:

1.Banners measuring less than or equal to 5 feet (smaller side) will be shipped in 6" corrugated cardboard boxes rolled up.

2.Banners measuring greater than or equal to 5 feet (smaller side) will be shipped folded in 24 "x24" boxes.
