14oz Vinyl Banner

We offer you 14oz Vinyl Banners, so you can print whatever you want on a high quality material that will last over time. This allows you to promote your brand or event both indoors and outdoors, without fear of getting dirty or damaged by inclement weather. 

Vinyl Banners are the ideal product to attract the attention of your future clients, because its resistant material makes any design, logo or typography stand out in any place with bright colors. Your imagination is the limit!

The versatility of the 14oz Vinyl Banners, makes it possible to use it in different contexts such as: events, exhibitions and parades. But if you are not an entrepreneur, and you want to give a unique and original touch to a birthday party, an anniversary or a wedding, this product may be what you are looking for. 

•  In our store you can choose the material that best suits your needs, we offer between glossy or matte vinyl.
•  We have full color prints with a resolution of 720x720.
•  You will be able to make prints up to 10'x150' per piece, but if you need it to be a little bigger, we offer you the option of attaching banners. 
•  Please note that if the size of your design is LARGER than 80 inches (width and height), you will only be able to print in matte, to maintain quality.

Suggestions that you should take into account when setting up the file to achieve a quality print.

• Color Mode: CMYK (We do not print in RGB, 5º, Spot or PANTONE).
• DPI: We recommend 72 - 150 for most jobs*.

Note: We recommend NOT setting your documents to 300 DPI, unless it contains very small lettering or detail. Doing so with all documents will slow down your program and slow down the loading and completion of the job.

Files Allowed: Single page JPG or PDF.

Bleed/Crop Marks: You do not need to make bleed or crop marks.

We give you 3 recommendations, that although they are not mandatory, they are important to make your design look better in the banner.

1. Margin for hems and grommets: In case you want to request hems or grommets, you must leave a margin of 1 inch for the seam to be on your design. 

2. Post pocket margin: In case you need a pocket for a post pocket, you should leave a 1 inch margin at the edges of the banner. This margin is quite similar to the previous one, but varies in that the size of the seam will depend on the pocket you choose (2 - 4 inches) plus an extra 1 inch, to avoid the seam overlapping in the final design. An example is shown in the image below. 

3. Trim Margin: If you want to install your design in a frame, on hanging rails or on a retractable banner stand, you must request this margin and follow the recommendations below:

• Frame Insertion: Make an accurate measurement of the area covered by the frame and you must leave a frame with these dimensions so that no part of the design is covered by it.  
• Retractable banner support installation: For this, you can be guided by the recommendations on the banner support margin. Otherwise, we recommend you to leave 1 inch in the area that covers the top aluminum bar, and 3 inches in the area that covers the bottom aluminum bar and that will be rolled inside the banner stand. 
• Inserting aluminum hanging rails: You should leave a margin of 1 inch in both the upper and lower margin where the rails are placed, to avoid covering any detail of the design.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Please note that if any of the following points present any inconvenience, it will not be possible to proceed with the shipment.

1. Before sending the file you must verify that everything is in order and as you require (Check File Set Up).
2. Before printing the file, a Test will be sent to you, so that you can verify that there is no error with the configuration. Once approved by you, it will proceed to print.
3. Once the payment has been made, we will verify that everything is in order and we will proceed with the printing.

DELIVERY TIME
Taking into account the characteristics of your order and that the previous points have been fulfilled, the delivery of your order will be made the same day or the next day. To receive it in a timely manner, you must place the order BEFORE 3:00 pm PST.

SHIPPING COSTS
Due to the rules and conditions of the parcels, large products will have an additional charge. This is why it is not in our hands to modify this charge.

PICK UP IN STORE
We give you the option to pick up your order at the store, between the hours of 9:00 am to 8:00 pm PST.

To do this upload your file on a business day BEFORE 3 pm PST, and you will be able to pick it up the next business day at 4:30 pm PST. PST. Keep an eye on your email, as if it is ready before then, we will notify you via email.

RUSH DELIVERY
We offer the Rush Order service, if you need your order to be delivered before hours, we can do it for an additional charge, as long as it complies with the general considerations.
