In GR Printing Shop we do NOT refund any kind of money, because when we receive the order we ask you for all the necessary details to proceed with the order, and before printing, we will send you by mail a Proof so that you can make a detailed review and verify that everything is in order. Once you approve the order, we will proceed with the printing.

This is why you must carefully review each document before printing is done. Because once approved and printed, any error in spelling, margins, position, or color in the designs, is the complete responsibility of the client, so we consider it a final sale, and no changes or refunds can be made.
